Hi, I'm Avanti, a certified Yoga, Breathwork, and Meditation instructor with over 10 years of teaching experience. Over the years, I had the privilege of conducting One-on-one sessions, group classes, corporate workshops and retreats.
My approach to teaching is rooted in the belief that yoga is more than just movement—it’s a practice that builds strength, improves mobility and balance, enhances body awareness, regulates the nervous system, and creates space for mental clarity and relaxation. While the physical benefits are undeniable, I believe the real transformation happens when movement and breath come together.
I teach different forms of Yoga (Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin), along with Breathwork and Meditation, adapting every session to the individual’s goals and experience. Whether someone wants to complement their strength training, improve flexibility and recovery, manage stress, or simply cultivate a healthier relationship with their body and mind, my aim is to create a practice that is both effective and sustainable.
